Traveling to Rome is a lifelong dream for you and your loved ones but you’re feeling frustrated at the lack of options for large families? Are you worried about the budget needed to accommodate everyone in your party?
Starting today you may cross this concern off your list, because the latest addition to our portfolio is a duo of adjoining apartments in the heart of the city center that can host up to 13 people!
Frattina 1 & 2 are a hybrid type of holiday rental, if you will: because of their specific floorplan, the bedrooms in both apartments all have their own ensuite bathrooms, as well as a dedicated A/C unit and a wardrobe, exactly like you would in a hotel. The best part is that these two flats are obviously not… that, and so you will still have the privacy and convenience of an authentic Roman apartment where you will be able to come and go as you please, preparing your own meals from scratch, sleeping in until late… You know the drill!
Frattina 1 and Frattina 2 are obviously bookable independently: they can sleep up to 6 and 7 people, respectively, but nothing keeps you from renting them even if your party is smaller than that!
The location of these apartments is not a minor detail either: Via Frattina is one of the world’s main destinations for luxury shopping. You might have heard of its “neighbors”, Via dei Condotti or Via del Babuino!
Of course you don’t need to be a millionaire to stay in the area: still, you might like to know that your accommodation is right by Via del Corso, the Spanish Steps or the famous “Tridente“, the pitchfork-like grid of streets loved by shopaholics of all kinds! Via Frattina has the added bonus of being a pedestrian street: keep that in mind if you plan on driving into Rome.
Luckily, a vehicle is not needed around these parts… Unless you’re making deliveries of some kind: the “Spagna” subway stop is around the corner, as are multiple bus stops on nearby Piazza San Claudio, Largo Chigi or Via del Tritone. And taxi stands are in multiple locations around the apartments.
The location for Frattina 1 & 2 is also extremely convenient, both for first-time tourists and repeat visitors as you can walk to the National Gallery of Ancient Art at Palazzo Barberini, to Tritone Fountain, to Trevi Fountain, to the Spanish Steps & Trinità dei Monti and from there to the Pincio Hill and the Villa Borghese gardens.
If you like to walk – which is what we also always recommend to our guests! – the Pantheon is ten minutes away, as are Piazza Venezia and the Altar of the Fatherland. Grocery stores, family-run shops, banks, post offices are also withing walking distance from the flats.
So what are you waiting for? The full descriptions for Frattina 1 and Frattina 2 are here and here: see for yourself if this is the solution you were looking for!
