Have you ever searched for vacation rentals right in the center of the destination you wanted to visit, only to discover that the location was not exactly that advertised, or the description was, for lack of a better word, creative? As travelers, we know this all too well. Fortunately, when you book through From Home to Rome, you can rest assured that we put our money where our mouth is.
Case in point: our newest accommodation, Minerva 5, is not “walking distance”, “around the corner”, or “within eyeshot” of the Pantheon – it is right next to it!
The pictures you can see in this post should be proof enough: the most famous Roman temple still in use today will be right at your fingertips when you book this alcove studio that can sleep up to four people (two in the main “micro bedroom” and up to two in a comfortable double sofa bed).
Although it is a small property, Minerva 5 has been recently renovated and you will be completely self-sufficient here – the kitchenette is equipped with all the basics for preparing simple meals and breakfasts from scratch, and it also has a washing machine (no drying facilities) for your laundry needs. Plus, Minerva 5 comes with independent heating and air conditioning, and features free Wi-Fi for all our guests!
Believe the hype and choose From Home to Rome for your next city break: the price and location can’t be beaten – in addition to the Pantheon, you are minutes away from Largo di Torre Argentina, the site of Julius Caesar’s assassination, the Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori (among dozens of other landmarks!). Of course, there is also the church of Santa Maria sopra Minerva, that of Bernini and Michelangelo fame, to which the apartment owes its name.
Worried about security? Well, don’t be: while pickpockets and con artists are a sad reality in a city as big as Rome and caution should always be exercised, this area is extremely well patrolled due to the presence of several government buildings just a few doors down from this apartment.
